Beleidsbesluit rechtsherstel box 3 gepubliceerd<\/h2>\n

Het kabinet heeft een beleidsbesluit gepubliceerd waarin wordt uitgewerkt hoe de aanslagen inkomstenbelasting met box 3 moeten worden vastgesteld naar aanleiding van het bekende kerstarrest. In sommige gevallen heeft u recht op een teruggaaf. Bij het rechtsherstel wordt uitgegaan van de werkelijke samenstelling van het vermogen, waarbij onderscheid wordt gemaakt tussen banktegoeden, overige bezittingen en schulden. Voor iedere vermogenscategorie geldt een afzonderlijk forfaitair rendementspercentage. Is uw nieuw berekende box-3-voordeel lager dan volgens het wettelijk systeem, dan krijgt u geld terug. Is uw nieuw berekende box-3-voordeel hoger dan het wettelijk systeem, dan hoeft u niets bij te betalen.<\/p>\n
