Deze regeling is bestemd voor werkgevers met een klein bedrijf, die bij ontslag van hun werknemer(s) de transitievergoeding niet kunnen betalen. Kom je voor deze overbruggingsregeling in aanmerking, dan hoef je bij de berekening van de\u00a0transitievergoeding geen rekening te houden met dienstjaren van v\u00f3\u00f3r 1 mei 2013. Dit moet voorkomen dat je door de transitievergoedingen verder in de problemen komt.
